LUX does travel for weddings. We typically require a wedding party of at least five (5) to travel to a wedding, although exceptions can be made. Our traveling fee is $2 per mile per stylist. If you need hair and makeup, you would require two (2) stylists. If inquiring for travel outside of the St. Louis or Monroe County areas, please let us know at the time of inquiry so we can include accurate information.

Yes! You can rent out our studio for early weddings for your wedding party to get ready.

Yes, LUX does both liquid and airbrush makeup available.

No; the booking fee is a non-refundable fee of $100 to hold your reservation. It does not go towards the final costs.

Yes! Fake eyelashes are included in the makeup price.

LUX has three bridal teams of two, one for hair and one for makeup. All of our stylists have very similar techniques. Brides are able to choose their team on a first come, first serve basis. When completing the availability form, please indicate who you prefer for hair and/or makeup. If you have no preference, a team will be chosen for you. We cannot guarantee your stylist preferences will be available, but we will inform you of your team before you sign your contract.

We do not let this happen. In addition to our three teams, we have backup hair and makeup stylists in the off chance the contracted individuals are unable to make it.

Touch-up kits are available upon request. The fee for a touch-up kit is $45 (plus service fee), and it includes a little bit of everything.

We have a wide variety of foundations, from E.L.F. to Estee Lauder and everything in between. We choose the brand based on the clients skin type and color.

Yes! A buy-out option is at $100 per person per hour.
